Studio Policies

Please review our studio policies prior to booking. 

- Session Fee is due at the time of booking.  Session fees are non-refundable, however with 24 hours notice it can be rescheduled in case of an emergency. 

-  Full payment is due upon ordering.  Payments may be made cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment plans are available as well, please inquire. 

- All ordered images remain on file for one year. 
All other images are removed from our archives each fiscal quarter.

- We guarantee our pricing for 45 days after the session.

- An hour and a half Ordering Appointment will be scheduled between 1 and 2 weeks after the session date. 
Additional ordering appointments needed incur $100 fee.

- Please allow 4-6 weeks on prints and products from time of completed order for delivery. 

- Order changes or cancellations are not permitted once images enter post-production stage. 

- Due to the custom nature of our work no refunds or exchanges are permitted once full or partial payment is received.

- All images and designs are protected by federal copyright. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission.
